looking forward to swimming all day and then 530 rolls around. its cold. plan to swim 75 min. but only made 60 min. never really warmed up and the hot tub was calling my name. had a nice swim and actually missed the ocean. silliness!! anyway got 2 sets of 1000 free in and called it a night. sat in hot tub with jets working my sore hips on the pressure points for a good 20 minutes.
hit the crepevine for a spinach salad with scrambled egg, sausage, cucumbers, bacon, and strawberries.
I dont like eating spinach at all but I have become accustomed to it and it really gives me good load for my workouts. It is also very filling so I just force myself to knock it back. Not everything has to be enticing to my palette!
