swim monday

swim workout today....distance, distance, distance.....
did 3 x 1000 sets each progressively faster....
felt really good and comfortable despite this horrible head cold. nothing like allergies acting up while face down in water!!

felt like i was back at beach blast bc going down was great and then coming back the sun was right in your face~ what doesnt kill you only makes you stronger!
