TRX, Swim, and Run

Today was Personal training TRX, Ball, and weight training. Planks, Flys, and push ups. With tons of everything!!!
Great class. Arms, Shoulders, Back and Core are sore!!!
wts: 12lbs

Headed to Morcom to do 45 min 2k. And then hit the streets for a 5k plus for 35 min of midday heat running. Great workout!!!

WT: 124 almost to goal!!!
