stretch, run, swim

Stretch with Kim O today!! Hips and glutes feeling a lot better....Quads were tight but nothing unusual...Love staying ahead of the game......

Ran trails while the oldest did XC. 4.5 miles in 48:55 min. 11:45 pace

AVG HR 151 82%
MAX HR 178 95%

Swim for 40 minutes. Slow nice 1500.
3 sets of 500 with 2 minutes in between sets.

Legs felt really good doing this combo. Pool was really cold. Felt very refreshing after hot humid run!
