swim brick

great nice swim. passed the time by counting my strokes. amazing what that can do to help you focus.
same old workout i always do. 4 x 500s with 90 sec in between. put lotion on my face before bed last night and my googles drove me crazy today. oh well. know what not to do before race day.

after swim went for a quick 2 mile run. felt effort but not as bad as my HR monitor said
15:45 for 2 miles
AVG HR 185 (100%)
with Max HR at 246 (133%)
held 200 for about 5 minutes. boo.
obviously TE was 5.0
7:52 pace avg. slightly uncomfortable. Newtons. but felt a more comfortable gait.
temp about 84
mid day run.
