TRX personal trainer day and swim

Today at Sweat Therapy we did ViPR throws, suspended planks, box jumps, jumping lunges, trx handstands, planks, more planks, upper body stuff....phew and it was HOT!! dripping sweat everywhere!!
headed to the pool to recover for a  nice easy 2k
4 sets of 500 with 90 sec in between each.
